About Your Order

Once ordered, the build will commence and will be shipped within 5 business days. It will be assembled, detail sanded, numbered, lined and traced for easy assembly.

It will then be disassembled and carefully packed for shipping.

Shipping charges will depend on the size of the bridge and your location. They will be included in the final stages of our shopping cart, prior to your final approval. If there is no shipping charge shown, please email steve@garden-design-pictures.com for a figure before completing your purchase.

Bridges less than 8 feet are usually shipped UPS 3-5 day ground. Over 8 foot are usually shipped by motor freight. If there is anything else you wish to know about your order please use the above email address.

Note: It is always prudent to inspect any packages for consequential damage in transit. Once you have accepted delivery from any carrier, you become solely responsible for the contents.
