An old foundation was broken up and completely removed from site. That area was thoroughly dug over and prepared, the soil improved - it became a Flower Bed, crab apple was planted roughly in this location.

The design for the narrow garden was intended to divide the Spaces using a Patio Pergola made from softwood timber and angled/curving Garden Paths. Gravel Garden Paths are loose. Thin top dressing of 10mm local gravel was used and compacted into the path sub-base.

Loose Gravel Garden Paths

It was hard Landscaping only really. Some plants were saved and healed in. There was a golden bamboo hedge plants P. Aurea along one boundary from screening and a crab apple for autumn colour, variety was golden hornet.

Privacy and plenty of planting space in Flower Beds was also required. The Paths are a combination of natural Indian Sandstone and gravel edged with rumbled Pavers.

Dandstone Patio Feature Kit

The design also incorporated a Sandstone 'nautical star' feature kit supplied by Stonemarket.

Stone Walls Landscaping

The dwarf Retaining Walls were made up of Stone onsite. They were originally Crazy Paved Stone Paths.
